Before returning your device, please contact the helpdesk to ensure all possible fault diagnosis has been completed. Maxatec provides in warranty, out of warranty and enhanced warranty services for most products from the Maxatec portfolio, however there are some units that may need to be returned to a 3rd party for warranty service (see below).
