The full roll out of more than 1,000 units continues for the remainder of this year.” Maxatec plans to release the MT-40 desktop printing version in the next few months, which makes the printer suitable for nearly all 60mm desktop applications where a receipt is required. A major advantage is the flexibility to be used in-vehicle with a 24v dc power adaptor. In addition, the MT-40 is capable of withstanding the rigours of many harsh environments.
The 60mm printer delivers a compact footprint together with real ease-of- use and minimum maintenance. Other features include a paper end sensor as standard and a cover open sensor. It has drop-in paper loading and a full driver suite as well as the option of either a tear bar or auto cutter.
