Returned Material Authorisation (RMA)

If you need to return an item or items to us for repair, you will first need to obtain an RMA number.

Complete the form and once it is submitted you will automatically be sent an RMA number

The RMA number must be on view on the outside of each unit returned to Maxa Technologies

Maxa Technologies will request customer authorisations by referencing the RMA number, Part Number and Serial Number of units for the following:

  • Beyond Economical Repair (BER) on-site destruction or return.
  • Continuance of repair for Voided Warranty with explanation.

Completed RMA request forms must contain the following information:

  • Company name & address
  • Telephone & fax number
  • E-mail (if applicable)
  • Date
  • Repair type (warranty, fixed price)
  • Model / part number
  • Serial number (complete)
  • Fault description in detail
  • Carrier details
