Maxatec is currently progressing with each supplier to establish what re-use, recycling and recovery rates the supplier expects to achieve for products, sub-assemblies and components to ensure that Maxa Technologies meets its WEEE obligations.

The EC Directive on the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (RoHS) Directive 2002/95/EC

Maxa Technologies Ltd would like to confirm to their customers that we have received Declarations from all suppliers concerning product compliance with the RoHS Directive (2002/95/EC). All product shipped from our suppliers from 1st July 2006 will comply with the Directive.
